All purchases made through GFM One Stop Customs are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and confirmed.

• Large orders must be paid in full before production begins.

• Orders will not be processed until payment has been received and cleared.

Production Time

We strive to complete and have your order ready in under one week. However, turnaround times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on order size, complexity, and current workload.

Shipping & Delivery

• GFM One Stop Customs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or delivery services.

• Once your order has been shipped, any delays or issues are the responsibility of the shipping provider.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Design Policy

• We work closely with you to create a design that meets your expectations.

• If you are not satisfied with the initial design, you are entitled to one (1) revision only.

• Additional edits beyond the first revision may not be accommodated.
